Hydraulic Cylinders V220CC

The V220CC series includes long-stroke compact hydraulic cylinders with a linear movement, an aluminum alloy body and a single rod-end (no passing-through rods). The standard version includes piston bores from 32 to 100 mm, and strokes from 20 to 350 mm.

The cylinder body is made of 7075 aluminum alloy, closed by two steel flanges. The front flange sealing system includes one scraper, 3 bush guides, and 2 Viton O-Rings. These components allow the cylinder sealing system to last over long periods of time.

Vega Cylinders manufactures compact hydraulic cylinders for molds, and the main application of V220CC cylinders is moving components such carts, pins, and plugs, that might produce undercuts in plastic injection molds. The body of these cylinders is made of 7075 aluminum alloy, and it’s closed by 2 steel flanges. Thanks to their line fixings, these cylinders can be installed by means of passing-through holes by according to their lengths, or by means of pinned holes and a key.

These double-acting hydraulic cylinders features the very high resistance and durability of alloy cylinders with the lightness and versatility of aluminum cylinders. Another strength of V220CC cylinders is their short delivery time and their simple customization according to our customers’ needs. They are compatible with ISO VG 46 mineral oils.

V220CC compact hydraulic cylinders features within the cylinder piston a special magnet able to generate a very powerful magnetic field. Their stroke can be controlled by means of adjustable electronic sensors, able to read the surrounding magnetic field. Signals can be transferred to the plastic injection machine. The maximum working temperature of these sensors is 80° C.
